I was initially unsure about using LogoBee’s service since they were a purely internet-based company working out of Canada, while we were miles away in at our office here in England. However, the quality of the samples displayed on their website was better than most of the other options I’ve seen and from a cost-to-quality standpoint, it seemed like they were the best place to go to.
Starting with the initial concepts they sent, the skill and experience behind LogoBee’s service was highly evident. We gave them a lot of room to work with, providing only a minimum set of ideas based on our vision. Of the eight concepts that came back, two really embodied the essence of what our company was about. The rest, however, weren’t so impressive. Still, after dealing with a number of graphic design companies in the past, the two concepts that worked really “worked” and blew my mind away!
The final version of the logo was great - I thought it was everything we asked for and more. However, a couple of my partners wanted some additional changes (which weren’t very minor), that they conveniently thought of a good two weeks after the delivery. Since we basically closed that transaction, I was pretty certain we were going to be charged steep for this extra work.
I contacted LogoBee to ask for the amendments, informing them that we were willing to cover any extra expenses. To my surprise, the project manager informed me that they can implement the changes at no extra cost. Delivery for the updates we asked for were a little behind but since we weren’t getting charged for it, I was happy all the same!
