It is so tough for consumers to find honest reviews about logo design firms as some of them are employing some pretty underhanded tactics to boost their image and undermine their competitors. Hopefully most of the comments users post about the service they receive are true but there is really no way to tell.
It would be great to have an independant site that could test logo companies and post the designs side by side to really compare but for now there isn’t such a site that I know of.
Wired Magazine did a comparison of five logo companies in 2005 and they would be a fairly reliable source but it is hard to find anything more recent.

I searched for plenty of reviews for logo creation services before booking one for our own design. Unfortunately, there aren’t much of them in the web. The few (that looked genuine) I have found, however, spoke really well of three companies: Pixel Logo, LogoBee and Logo Design Pros.
Since we needed multiple designs for different business projects, I decided to book one for each of those three businesses. Overall, I’m satisfied with all of their results. The final products are all highly professional with a perfect polish.
However, I decided to do all future businesses with Logo Design Pros. Here’s why:
1. Price-to-quality ratio is amazing. Their service was cheaper than both companies and the logos are just as good, if not better.
2. Turnaround is faster. Samples within a day and the whole thing finished (with several revision requests) within four days. I was really surprised when I’d request revisions in the morning and get them sent back with all changes included in the afternoon.
3. Terms are clearer from the onset. While I’m already pretty familiar with both companies, too, after dealing with them, Logo Design Pros made the whole coverage of the service clear right from the onset. I appreciate that.
4. The package I always order only offered 6 samples but I have been able to ask for more when I felt the original set didn’t quite live up to the standard, with no questions asked.
5. I now employ a regular designer and when we need to make alterations on the design, we can count on Logo Design Pros to offer assistance whenever necessary.
6. They offer a money-back guarantee if the final logo doesn’t meet your expectations. I’ve never had to ask for my money back, since the products are top-notch, but I appreciate the offer nonetheless.

Logo Design Pros isn’t the cheapest service I’ve seen online but I can’t imagine anyone offering better value for your money.
Every step of the transaction, from the initial concepts to the refinement to after-sales was unbelievable. We asked for something with humor integrated into the logo and the sample designs we got just bowled me over. Within 1 business day (yep, can’t believe it myself), we got eight concepts, all with pretty slick integration of both our product and our brand, tinged with an element of fun - exactly as requested.
The final product (which took a mere 4 days) was even better than I could have imagined. I never expected anything this good, considering I previously hired a local graphic arts company to design our original logo for almost 6 times what Logo Design Pros charged!
As if the designs weren’t impressive enough, the support that these guys offer after the fact is even more amazing. Do you know I had them coordinate with my printers for integrating the logo into my marketing materials? I never even knew that was an option but the guy I talked to when wrapping up the order informed me that they provided that for free!
I even asked for some changes on the logo text a few weeks after I approved the final design, since the printer had a brilliant idea about it. They acquiesced without a single grumble with a single day turnaround! I honestly can’t imagine any service better than what Logo Design Pros offer. I raise both hands to these guys in show of utter respect!

To me, a logo represents the visual representation of a business. If your logo correctly expresses what your products and services are about, it leaves people curious and eager to know more. A bad logo, on the other hand, will get a passing glance and immediately dismissed.
I’ve been running a unique “diet-centered” catering business for the good part of the last year on my own and decided to ramp up operations a few months ago. I hired new employees, set up an aggressive marketing plan and looked to establish an online presence (which I didn’t have before).
For the web presence, I made the logo my first order of business and booked Logo Design Pros to get it done. I considered the logo as vital in my marketing, since everything else - the actual website and ad campaigns I was planning - will revolve around that.
I’m happy to report that the work Logo Design Pros turned out far exceeded my expectations. The final design was so professional and embodied my services in a way that I didn’t even think was possible. With such great results and the whole experience of working with them being so pleasant, I immediately called up and asked if they can provide other services for my upcoming online efforts! Needless to say, that turned out just as positively.

The guys from Logo Design Team are the best. Instead of filling your head with hype the way many online businesses seem to do, they actually let their results speak for itself.
Fast Communication. All email queries I sent get answered within an hour or two - no exceptions.
Quick Delivery. My first order with them, samples came in after less than two days. The whole job, including revisions, was finished in about four days. That was the fastest turnaround I’ve ever had for a professional logo design and I’ve worked with a lot of busy designers in the past.
Attention To Detail. I was particularly stoked that all of the first concepts I received incorporated everything I requested. The attention to detail was downright impressive. I’ve seen too many designers take liberties with the design that totally ignore client instructions - Logo Design Team isn’t one of those. They’re creative, all while managing to integrate my ideas into the piece. It was quite the experience seeing my ideas come to life in their capable hands.
The final package includes the design in several formats, including a vector file, which allowed me to integrate it into a variety of uses. I doubt I’ll ever use anyone else for logo designs again - these guys have one customer for life (at least, until somebody better comes along).

As a guy who runs a growing blog network, I continually add at least one site a month to my roster of niche web properties. Apart from needing a logo for these new blogs, we also occasionally overhaul existing sites to give them a fresh, new look.
I’m happy to report that Logo Design Pros has served these graphic needs remarkably well over the last two years. Their process is great, making the whole transaction, starting with the initial order all the way to final delivery, totally painless. I can’t imagine an online service being any easier.
Their creativity, speed and high-quality outputs are way beyond anything I’ve experienced. Furthermore, the staff have been amazing to work with - courteous, attentive and very professional. Logo Design Pros aren’t the cheapest ones around but their affordable rates are worth every penny.
