I got my logo from these guys back in December and it was one of the best things I received during the holidays! Beginning four months before that, I’ve been shopping for a logo all over the place, trying out at least six other services in the process. After countless rounds of revisions and a good chunk of cash down the drain, I still didn’t get what I wanted.
Fortunately, I lucked out with Logo Design Team. While I’m not sure if I just chanced upon a good designer who got the concept the first time or they’re really that good, the very first sample I received was as perfect as can be. The moment I got it, I immediately the project manager and told her to “Wrap that thing up and send it to me!”
Prices are reasonable and the rest of the samples I got the first time were pretty innovative. I hate to shower props on a company for something that may have as well been a fluke, but I have a feeling these guys are really just great at what they do. All the initial designs I got, for instance, appear well-thought out, instead of the typical cookie cutter style I’ve seen over and over.
I’m pretty sure there are other good logo design businesses out there (if you work hard to find them) but, for now, Logo Design Team will be the one for me. I just booked them for a new job yesterday and it looks promising!

After researching a number of logo companies online, we eventually settled with Logo Design Team for the strength of their online portfolio relative to their price. Honestly, some of the sample from other logo design websites just begged them to be waved off the list - wrong spelling, bad color combination and all that.
Initial design concepts took two days to get to us - not bad. However, while they were all awesome designs, they were not at all what we had in mind. I’m not sure if I wasn’t clear with the communication or their designers don’t take to instruction very well, but it was pretty far off from what I asked them, far as I can tell. In fact, I checked and double-checked all my emails to see where I have been misleading, but I seriously can’t find the problem.
While I believed they failed to grasp the concept, one of my partners really liked the third sample design and we decided to go with it. Of course, we asked for a few alterations to incorporate the initial ideas we had. The end result was actually pretty good.
Price isn’t the lowest but it’s more affordable than a lot of others I’ve seen online. It’s just a bit hard for me to consider them for future work because of the total oversight they made with our original requests. They may be great for those without a clear concept of what they want, though, as their designers are obviously very skilled.

I don’t know about all the other companies featured here, but Logo Design Team is easily one of the best services we’ve worked with online.
The main problem I have with online companies is the fact that they don’t feel the need to conduct their customer interactions the way normal businesses do. Instead of taking the time to work through details with customers, they tell you to send an email and wait for a response. I’ve dealt with companies where the back-and-forth emails lasted as many as 45 messages (over five days) before we finessed the terms - something that could have easily been accomplished with a better plan.
In contrast, Logo Design Team was very clear about what they needed from us and what they can give from the onset. As a result, all interactions ended clearly and with no stones left unturned. Not a single time did we get a response of frustration or dismissal - every request we made was handled in a professional manner. Even the few times we didn’t see eye-to-eye have been managed very well.
Every logo we need, we put in these guys’ hands. They’re that good and the service is that great. I couldn’t imagine working with any other logo company.
